🎨 Palette DX Improvement

This PR improves the Developer Experience (DX) by clarifying the behavior of version comparison methods and providing context for End-of-Life (EOL) dates.

Changes:

1. Clarified Fail-Closed Behavior:

   • Updated JSDoc for isAtLeast, isAbove, isBelow, isAtMost, and is in src/types.ts to explicitly state that they return false when provided with invalid version strings. This helps prevent developer confusion regarding whether these methods throw or return false on bad input.

2. Added Contextual Links:

   • Added a @see link to the official Node.js Release Schedule in the JSDoc for EOL_DATES in src/index.ts. This allows developers to easily verify the dates or check for updates.

Verification:

• bun run lint passed.
• bun run test passed (no logic changes).
• bun run build passed.

Palette Journal:

• Documented the importance of explicit "fail-closed" documentation for utility libraries in .jules/palette.md.
