1.C code is written in hw3.c file.
2.Makefile creates a executable file with the name of "hw3"

BUILD INFORMATION 

1. run make 
2. executable file hw3 will be made .
3. type ./hw3 dimension threads  and press enter (you will enter the shell ).



ARGUMENTS ORDER IS 
./HW3 matrix_dimension no_of_threads
