Fix Amazon Linux builds
/usr/bin/pythonand/usr/bin/python3to the virtual env python path to force cerbero to use the same Python executable for all operations--threads=0attribute from xz package command. This doesn't change the xz packaging behavior because--threads=0is added to xz package commands, correctly formatted, elsewhere in the execution*.pyc,*.pyo) for Python 3.7+
