This is a super quick patch to go some of the way towards #3, allowing you to define a repo owner per project in
.nova/Configuration.jsonby adding agithub.ownerkey.I haven't added a way to do this in the UI (yet!) but this makes it at least workable for repos owned by orgs. It seems to still work with my access token and I've made sure that it still only tries to load the token from the actual user's GitHub username.
I'm using this and it is working for me for now!
