I'm not sure what's wrong here. The tests is modeled after the one in uplink-c but project_test.py line 46
assertRaises(PermissionDeniedError)is instead returningTooManyRequestsError. I'm also not sure if theuplink_free_errorcall is necessary, as it's missing from the rest of the codebase. Thoughts?
