経緯
#75 SPMマルチモジュール構成への移行の一環として、LocalPackageの土台を作成する。
実装内容
LocalPackageディレクトリにSwift Packageを作成した。swift-tools-version 6.2を使用し、ライブラリターゲットとテストターゲットを定義している。今後、アプリの各機能モジュールをこのパッケージ内に切り出していく想定。project.pbxprojにLocalPackageへの参照を追加し、Xcode上でパッケージが認識されるようにした。make test-packagesコマンドを追加し、LocalPackageのテストをコマンドラインから実行できるようにした。確認内容
