fix: ignore files outside project path

This PR adds an ignore function to the node file trace to avoid bundling system dependencies located outside the project path. It's a temporary fix until @vercel/nft itself is fixed vercel/nft#568

Also bumps @vercel/nft to help get rid of a transitive dep with a vulnerability (tar). #15348 is another one that needs to be bumped to fully remove it
