On the aggregation of historic motion anchors in instance queue

Hi Laoshi (-men),

I somehow understand that it make sense to aggregate the historic motion instance features by summing together those instance features of same instance id,
However I wonder if it is also appropriate to sum those anchor properties.
Could anyone explain the rationality behind?
