Welcome to Matatu!, a card game traditionally played in Uganda.
The goal of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all your cards.
- Players can play a card if it matches the rank or suit of the top card on the pile.
- If a player doesn't have a card to play, they must pick up a card from the deck.
- If the picked up card can be played, the player can play it.
- If the picked up card cannot be played, the player must keep it and let the next player play.
- The game is played in rounds, and the first player to get rid of all their cards wins the round.

Setup:
- Pick a game mode.
- Enter your name.

Gameplay:
- The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
- Players take turns clockwise.
- On their turn, a player can play a card from their hand that matches the rank or suit of the top card on the pile.
- If a player cannot play a card, they must pick up a card from the deck.
- If the picked up card can be played, the player can immediately play it.
- If not, the player keeps the card, and it's the next player's turn.
- The game continues until one player successfully gets rid of all their cards.
