that was there before (see window.css) but might as well change that and see if it looks better yea it looks better |

About the PR
removes default background provider with our own that uses the tgui themes. Disables interactions since it isn't used
Windowis more similar to what tg has now (topbar etc) and correct sizeing on thingsthere will be another pr dealing with missing controls & such.
