Switched primitive color tokens to semantic theme-aware tokens with light and dark themes. Semantic color tokens are defined in
packages/ui/src/styles/colors/index.cssand are simply grouped by emphasis levels, and with "on" variants for foreground colors. Further higher level tokens are possible, but should probably be configured programmatically to allow higher specialization and lower friction
