build_and_push.sh: The build script now usesdocker buildxto support multi-architecture builds (linux/amd64, linux/arm64). This ensures the images are compatible with a wider range of hardware. Technical impact: Requires Docker Buildx to be properly set up.README.md: Added a demo video showcasing local setup and bot functionality. This gives users a quick visual guide on how to use the application. Also updated the command prefix instructions, added pause/resume commands, and updated docker compose command.docs/demo-bot.mp4: Removed the local video file and added a link to a github asset instead
