This PR adds a command printer which allows to print via any custom command / script. I created this because I couldn't get the ESCPos driver to work with my printer, so I'm using a python driver for the printer which gets executed via the command printer. The command & params are for now hardcoded, but if you like we can discuss on how to make this nicer / configurable via command line params or the like.
