Rename workflow step to clarify quantum circuit simulation action

Addresses feedback on PR #24 regarding unclear workflow step naming. The step "Run Ethical Sims" didn't clearly indicate it runs quantum circuit simulation.

Changes

• Renamed workflow step from "Run Ethical Sims" to "Simulate Default Bell State Circuit" in .github/workflows/coding-agent.yml

The step executes python agent_skills.py simulate, which creates and simulates a 2-qubit Bell state circuit by default. The new name reflects the actual operation performed.
