Examples of valid Ruby code that cannot be parsed

This is not supposed to be merged.

Checklist:

• All tests pass in CI.
• There are sufficient tests for the new fix/feature.
• Grammar rules have not been renamed unless absolutely necessary.
• The conflicts section hasn't grown too much.
• The parser size hasn't grown too much (check the value of STATE_COUNT in src/parser.c).

I think the majority is not fixed. I made this PR as a sort of TODO list, but haven't got any time to make progress. It would be really great if you can fix some @karloscarweber . Thanks!
