This commit removes the New Relic integration from the project. This includes: - Removing the `newrelic/go-agent` dependency. - Removing the New Relic configuration from `config.go`. - Removing the New Relic integration code from `modules/api/init.go`. - Removing the New Relic environment variable documentation from `README.md`.
