Netlify uses a new image for deployments (noble-new-builds) which no longer provides /dev/shm. Disable the sandbox since it does not work in this environment. Note, I tried to configure --sandbox_base=/tmp, but that makes no difference since /dev/shm is always used unconditionally when setting up the processwrapper based sandbox.
