This will be my first GitHub cooperation please bare with me.
I've added .NET5 support. Removed .Net Core 1.1 since it's out of support and causes issues in visual studio 2019. I've updated the test project packages to allow .NET5 to be tested. I've also increased minor version to 2.3.0.
I also have pending updates for the ArduinoSketchUploader and ArduinoDriver. I would just need the nuget to be updated.
