Some commands require terminus
Some commands require windows 64bit unless you swap out exe's in bin folder

useage:
RUN SSH COMMAND:           php index.php ssh [site id] "[ssh command]"
LIST SITES:                php index.php list
SHOW SECURITY UPDATES:     php index.php updates [dashboard password]
FIND SITES WITH A MODULE:  php index.php module_search [module machine name] [dashboard password]
