HALO Merge - readMail.py issue

Hi Tom,

HALO has some halo-specific files that have been updated in this merge.

In addition, HALO was recently moved behind a restrictive firewall and needs to use a new specific email configuration. I hacked Source/Main Dialogs/MailCenter/readMail.py to work for us but this version WILL break other experiments.

You can either choose to not accept our readMail.py changes, or can modify the system to give us the flexibility we need:

• No TLS handshakes.
• No password verification
• Send mail on port 25.
• It would be nice if the smtp server could be specified separately. But not a deal-breaker.
