Update notebook for Cognito authentication and OGC API update method

Purpose

Revise and update the OGC API Jupyter Notebook to:

• Modified for the process update OGC API endpoint (PR 17 - Fix Airflow API request to patch or update a DAG unity-sps-ogc-processes-api#17)
• Update to test notebook works with Cognito tokens and the UnityPy client

Proposed Changes

• [ADD] Updates to the OGC API Jupyter Notebook

Issues

• Issue # 408 - [New Feature]: Improve the OGC registration process unity-sps#408

Testing

• Notebook has been run in unity-venue-dev and all output has been capture for each step.

I did notice that the process_service.deploy_process(cwl_dag_process_description) method required the API URL include a trailing slash where all other methods did not. Should we investigate this in the unity_sds_client further?
