Show Controller Support and Filter by Controller Support (Custom Games Excluded)

This PR allows for an icon to show on the library list for controller support.

I have also added the filter to the UI that will filter out steam games based on this. Note: This will not affect Custom games.

Note: This will come out of Draft when I adjust the styling on the Game page to show Controller Support

Holding off on this idea until we agree and discuss Controller Compatibility definitions. We want to be in parity with Steam Input, so we can rely on Steam Input and Steam's recommendations
