Just to clarify: "the earlier version of the efficiency tree configuration" does not refer to a configuration on UWTriggerTools previously. The statement refers to a formerly private file that a few of us had circulated. |

This pull request contains several updates that are specific to studying emulator samples in CMSSW_7. It adds rate tree configurations, efficiency tree configurations, and fixes an l1-reco matching bug that was present in an earlier version of the efficiency tree configuration which some of us used. It also contains updates to the recoObjects file, specifically for taus in CMSSW 7.
