Php 7 reserve itself '__' prefix function and will trigger_warning.
Update all phpunit test according to phpunit update. Add phpunit config file allowing to overload default config. Update autoload

Update code and tests.
As supported versions of phpunit no longer support php 5.*, this dev will break php 5.6 compatibility (at least for unit test).
Php 7.3 version is now required.
