That's added the file back in, it's just put your changes from your YPEA PR in there too. I think if you also revert the first commit, it should remove it from the equation

This is a good opportunity to address some of the inconsistencies which have been baked into the SOPs from a military perspective. I've flagged some of those and a few questions I have with the content introduced in this PR.

We might create a working group in the discord to discuss this further. Do you want to address some of the comments here and we'll go from there.

Happy to turn this into a discord thread to get everyones opinion first and then make revisions

@mattk04 @m-9c Most of the Willy coded clearances are just radial tracks to gates just some go to waypoints, which is we can either simpliy it to just the radial sided ones and ignore the wpts ones or we can do the whole thing. Ill show you what the raaf terma shows so we can decide.

These aren't coded clearances, these are SIDs. :)

Ok so how do you want to proceed with writing out a more official explaination of it? So the only coded clearance is just really the storm 1 then.
