Does this PR make 'text' compilable with ocaml 5 ? (oasis and setup now seem way out of date) |

Tried it by removing camlp4 dependency (ignoring syntax subdirectory). It compiles with ocaml 5 (could not really try it for some other reason). |

I've started to dunify the package and streamlined a few bits, e.g. bigarray is now always part of
text.Still working on how to build Camlp4 syntax extensions but - maybe these can be omitted? Not sure how many people still need those.
