Something changed with the github runner to enable containerd, so now image files are being stored at
/var/lib/containerdand docker modifications at/var/lib/docker, instead of everything being at/var/lib/docker.The maximize build space steps need to be updated to support both containerd and docker files stored in the space-maximized volume.
