'[\t\s]' is the same as '[ts]' which never matched space and tabs but literal 's' and 't' characters.
A line starting with "return:" is a label not the command "ret". Add word boundaries to matches.

Instructions where not highlighted because the regular expression used '[\t\s]' is the same as '[ts]' and not the intended character group of space and tabs.
Also fix some other issues.
