Implementing an option to support multiple bookmarks providers. The first two providers are: * `Cosmicding` - store bookmarks locally as part of the application. * `linkding` - store bookmarks on remote linkding instances. The application is now able to store bookmarks without any remote providers, a new local account `Cosmicding` will be created, which can not be disabled or removed.
