Add width and height parameters to chain constructor. Add chain.resize(w, h) as Positive07 suggested.
Update to love 11.0 colour format where all colours are normalized.
Lua tables start at 1.
Get latest version of suit so UI draws correctly with love 11.0's normalized colours. This PR targets the demo branch.
This is a companion PR to #58. It does several things:
merges in changes from master to demo including the changes from (love 11.0) Use normalized colors; fix broken sketch and filmgrain #58
fixes the colours in demo code
updates to latest suit which uses normalized colours
