It is missing datapoint for thermostatOperatingState.

The datapoints are from dotan_shai and the thermostatOperatingState no working datapont found. I`ve checked many of them.

What I have to change?
There is possibility to set "Rate" in the driver. But I can`t set 0.1 which will solve my problem.
