example of using tampermonkey script to add plugins for Canvas richtext editor

1. install tampermonkey to Chrome or Firefox http://tampermonkey.net/
2. in Tampermonkey dashboard, add a new script, then past in the code, press Ctrl+S to save. change the external plugin link with your own plugin url.
3. Enable it then browse to Canvas page and start editing or testing
