Handful of fixes for issues/bugs discovered when updating TC3 port to the latest main

Among other housekeeping items:

Fix CMAC DMA message struct padding
Fix alignment bugs in SHE code
Fix a number of scenarios where tests "leak" keys in the cache (e.g. don't evict after use)
Restores old test printf behavior to print unconditionally (for now)
