This PR updates the project branding in the README by renaming references from "k8e" to "KEE" while maintaining the full name as "Kubernetes Easy Engine".
- Updates the main heading to use "KEE" instead of "K8e"
- Updates the project description to reference "KEE" instead of "k8e" in parentheses
