  • Add 4 examples of I&F cells (one or ten cell networks) in examples/sim_tests
  • Adding BASE_DIR in lines like "node_sets_file": "$BASE_DIR/node_sets.json" for clarity
  • CSV files for nodes have been regenerated with latest bmtk & order of entries altered (headers still match values)
  • A file examples/test.sh has been added which will go through (most) examples and build/rerun simulations for quick check

@wvangeit This test suite is based on yours here #64, but I've not added the hh cell yet
