Implemented the configuration page on the LiveChat widget where users can change the settings of the features provided in accessible mode. This page has three features.

  1. Dark Mode Feature
  2. Icons Accompanying Text Feature
  3. Dynamic Text (Manual Fonts)

This PR contains all the work done in the GSoC Project. In this PR Following goals are achieved.

  • Dark Mode Feature
  • Icons Accompanying Text Feature
  • Dynamic Text
  • Show and hide the option accessibility based on the rocket.chat configuration.
  • Configurations Page
