I needed to use this sample, so I updated it to more recent technologies. These are the changes done:

  • Updated the project to Unity 6.2
  • Updated Mirror to the latest version on the Asset Store
  • Created a new scene for the new UTP integration, so it is not overridden by a future Mirror update
  • Made the test players client-authoritative, so they can be moved both by the client and the server

I have fixed all the compilation bugs, and I have commented out a line that was triggering a warning basically every frame.

I tested the changes both in the Editor (with ParrelSync), and building (also on Android). Everything seems to work.

Update to Multiplayer Services
Update to recent Mirror version
Created new scene for the UTP integration, so it is not overridden by Mirror update
Made players movable both from client and server
