Description
Addendum to #319 that @wooly has taken to completion. Didn't want to muddy that PR with these changes.
Context
Add additional support for skipping tests and splitting based on slow scenarios. Brings to parity with the RSpec client feature set.
Testing
I've added more tests, and ensured parity with existing RSpec tests (except fail fast etc, as that isn't possible with cuke AFAIK)
