This provides pagination for the smart group GET request.
However, this brought up another issue that I haven't addressed yet - if smart group names contain a comma, this is not rendered properly in the dialog list. The only way to remediate this is to start using a jsonfile to populate the list.
I've left it without this for now to avoid too many changes at once, but it's something that will need to be fixed.
