Add support for Danders Frames

Adds support for the new Danders Frame Addon + increase version number.
for info: they use different frame names while being in party vs raid and the "DandersFrames_Player" frame is only used when solo or in a party, not in raid.

I additionally added a secret check to prevent errors in combat.
Not sure why but my testing found that it is possible for unit and target both to be non-secret but the result of a UnitIsUnit from those two still comes out as secret which is why there is a check on both individually as well as the result of the comparison
