feat: font size picker

Another standard option for the a11y and customization. Currently, I'm working on the smallest, smaller, normal, larger, and largest options. I think it should cover all needs.

I don't use global rem customization, as it changes the entire interface (and essentially just zooms in, which is incorrect)
