Description

Insert standardized CP navigation templates across 33 email guide folders (MX Plan, Email Pro, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Zimbra) and clean up redundant CP login/navigation instructions.

Changes

• CP-NAV templates inserted into 33 guides (en-gb + fr-fr source locales = 66 files)
• CP access bullets removed from Requirements sections (redundant with template)
• CP login/navigation sentences simplified in Instructions sections — removed redundant "Log in to the Control Panel, go to Web Cloud > Product" patterns since the template now provides this info
• Multi-product templates created for 6 guides that cover multiple email offers:
• faq-emails and email_change_password → MX Plan + Zimbra + Email Pro + Exchange
• exchange_adding_domain, exchange_dns_cname, feature_delegation, feature_footers → Exchange + Email Pro
• Residual CP navigation cleaned in email_pro/first_config (server name lookup instructions)

Skipped (55 guides)

• Email client configuration guides (not CP-related)
• Cross-product guides with multi-product tabs (need manual handling)
• Non-CP guides (OWA/webmail documentation)

Remaining

• Phase 2 (rollout to all other locales: de-de, es-es, it-it, pl-pl, pt-pt, en-ca, fr-ca, etc.) pending approval.
