Force pushed a tweak to the CI script, and added logic to do basic lookahead if server side doesn't have it enabled. |

This is a preview of the upcoming changes for subaddress lookahead, that uses the new LWS features. This will not be merged until the corresponding patch in LWS gets merged.
I'm also hoping to add a few unit tests, so this will be marked as a draft until then.
